When we first started working together Fiona’s goals were to get fitter and lose weight. It had been a while since she’d done any real exercise and she’d never worked with a trainer before, so we started slowly, building a good foundation of basic movements whilst her strength and stamina improved.
Fast forward a few years, now Fiona is doing exercises that she never dreamed possible, her strength, stamina and overall fitness is constantly improving month on month. Best of all though she now has the confidence to try new things and the energy to keep up with her beautiful new grand daughter, which let’s face it, is what life is all about. |
